We currently provide services to over 450 Colleges and Universities across the United States.

Here you will find all your questions answered concerning dining services--who we are, meal plan options, hours of service, how to book a catering, and our latest sustainability programs. First of all, who we are...Chartwells is the College and University Dining Service division of Compass Group. Kaufman Dining Hall offers a wide variety of menus: At breakfast you will have many options including an omelet bar, cereals, fresh fruit, breakfast pastries, bagels, juice, and a host of other food and beverage choices. Lunch and dinner are highlighted by fresh made pizza, entrees made just like at home, a vegetarian option, soups, chili, and desserts--including ice cream. You can also create a sandwich from our deli bar or a salad topped with a variety of fresh accoutrements and dressings.

The newly-renovated Cage offers a large variety of full meals and sweet or salty snacks on the go. Open from 10:00am till midnight Monday through Thursday and 10:00am till 3:30pm on Friday, here you can relax at one of our new tables or booths and watch one of our flat-screen TVs as you dine on a savory meal from our Coyote Jack's Grill, Tomato Head Red Pizzas, or Outtakes. Don't forget to top it off with a refreshing smoothie or ice cream from our Freshens section.

The Rolland Center (Boilerhouse) is packed with historic value on campus as well as with more of your favorites, featuring our very own "Starbucks" We Proudly Brew Program. Open seven days per week until midnight, the Rolland Center not only provides that jolt of morning coffee, but also houses our Campus/Community Convenience Store. The Convenience Store offers grab and go snacks, salads and sandwiches, a variety of bottled beverages, candy bars, canned soups, fair trade coffee, cereal, chips, along with a variety of frozen entrees and snacks.

Our management philosophy is very simple and straight forward: if we can do it, we will do it. Each operation has a manager and appropriate support staff that listens to the needs of students and then meets those needs. With over 130 years of management experience on campus, we look forward to every challenge and request. Our door is always open.
